The purpose of the course is for students to leverage their previous knowledge and experiences in prior psychology courses to develop a thorough literature review and research proposal.

The course aims to familiarize students with the basic principles behind the psychological research process, including research question and hypothesis, design, data collection and analysis, and writing up results.
